Miss RBC 2009 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (which we will call the "Ts & Cs") sets out the rules that apply to all persons who enter
Rich Boys Club(RBC) "Miss Rich Boys Chic 2009(Miss Rbc 2009) competition (which we will call "the Competition").
All entrants should bear in mind that they will be required to do certain things and give up certain rights to RBC by
entering the Competition. Success in the Competition will mean a commitment from you. If any entrant is in any
doubt about anything written in these Ts & Cs then they should call RBC and ask for an explanation or obtain their
own advice.
1. Who Are We?
The Competition is run and sponsored by

who are the "competition entities".
The words "we", "us", "our" and "RBC" as used in these Ts & Cs mean this company.
2. Am I Eligible to Enter "Miss RBC 2009" Competition?
If you want to enter the Competition you have to comply with all of the following:
• You must be between the ages of 18 and 30years old
• You must live (as a permanent resident) in the UK
or Ireland .
.
• Any person:
(i) who has won any sweepstakes, contest or competition sponsored by the Competition Entities,
including any person who was voted one of the hundred (100) finalists in any prior Miss Rich Boys Chic
Competition; or
(ii) is currently competing in or, during the course of this Competition, enters any other sweepstakes, contest or
competition sponsored by the Competition Entities which requires the submission of a photograph of the
Entrant is not eligible to participate in this Competition.
• You must be available to attend a maximum of 3 end of month parties from 10pm- 3am.
Attendance at the following parties are MANDATORY
i) Month your picture is up for voting in the Voting Gallery
ii) Semi Finals end of month party if you make the list of Semi Finalists
iii) Finals end of month party if you make the list of Finalists
• Contestants can attend other End Of Month Parties subject to them signing up as a Party Girl and informing us they would like to attend and us agreeing and sending you an Invitation letter.

• Except where RBC has been in contact with you to inform you that your attendance is not needed,
contestants who without prior warning or notice to us that misses any of the three(3) mandatory attendance End Of Month Party dates will be subject to automatic disqualification except in very exceptional circumstances subject to competition entities disgression.
• PSEs( Preliminary Selected Entrants ) attending the end of month party should make sure their
arrival at the venue is no later than 9.30pm and departure is no earlier than 3am.
• PSEs shall be required to sign in on arrival and sign out on departure.
• If you are currently engaged to a modeling or management agency you must
i) Check with them to make sure you are not violating any existing contracts between you and them
by entering into the Miss RBC 2009 competition.
ii)Check with them to make sure you would be available to attend the end of month parties on the
days stipulated by you and the mandatory dates to avoid clashes in engagement commitments to
us and them.
• In keeping with the Competitions aim and intentions to showcase a selection of the best looking
undiscovered girls in the UK with the most likeable all round personality, you and/or your photographs
must not (to the best of your knowledge) have previously appeared in any publication which is
pornographic, vulgar or obscene.
• You must hold a valid passport that lets you travel if requested by us.
3. How Do I Enter?
. You will find the official Miss RBC 2009 competition Entry Form at http://www.richboysclub.co.uk/mrbc.php.
Complete and Send your entry form to us online by clicking on the send button as requested.
. You will also need to upload 4 of your hottest pictures via the website. These pictures would be the
pictures that would be used to judge whether you make it into the competition and would also be the
pictures that appear on your profile if your entry is successful.
. You will also need to print out a copy of the terms and conditions which would be sent to you in a seperate mail,
read and sign it at the bottom then post it to us at the address below. Entrants whose signed terms and
conditions don't reach us by 30th September 2008 would not be allowed to be a contestant.
The rules that apply to uploaded photograph(s) are as follow:
. The photos must be of you and taken on or after 1st october 2007 and must not have been published
previously.
. You must ensure that the pictures uploaded to us carry a minimum resolution of
675 x 450 pixels (approx. 50kb pixels) .
. Photos uploaded or sent in should not contain any exhibition of nipples or genitals.
. PSEs(preliminary selected entrants) will also be required to represent and warrant that they have sufficient
rights in the Submitted Photographs, Submitted Videotape, and all other materials submitted in connection
with this Competition to grant the Competition Entities the rights granted hereunder. If the Submitted
Photographs or Submitted Videotape are modeling shots, photographs/video taken by a professional
photographer/videographer, or anything other than personal snapshots/video in which the PSE holds all rights,
or if they include any copyright notice, PSEs will be required to demonstrate that the copyright holder(s) has
granted her the right to allow the Competition Entities to reproduce and publish the photographs and/or video,
by providing a signed Copyright Release (to be provided), or they will be ineligible to participate in the Competition.
PSEs are responsible for any financial reimbursement to the original copyright holder for the rights to publish the
Submitted Photographs and/or Submitted Videotape as provided herein; the Competition Entities will not be
responsible for any such payment, and will not be held under any obligation to publish a photo and/or video credit
to the original copyright holder for the publication of an image. PSEs shall agree to hold the Competition Entities
harmless and to indemnify the Competition Entities from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions,
including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may be incurred bythe Competition Entities, arising out of
or relating to breach of any representation or warranty, or any other violation of these Official Rules.
4) Where Do I send My Terms & Conditions?

4.2) Please note that we may reject any entry that does not contain the right items completed and signed correctly.
Also, the fact that you send/submit these items to us does not mean that we will necessarily receive them. We will have no responsibility or liability to you for entries that are lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise fail to get to us.
4.3) Please note we cannot accept images taken using a mobile phone camera that has a resolution less than
3megapixels.
5. When is the Competition Start And Closing Date And When Is The Competition Entry Closing Date?
. Competition Entry Close Date is To Be Announced.
. Competition Start Date is 22nd September 2008
. Competition End Date is 31st October 2009
6. How Does the Competition Work?
After the Entry closing date. Based upon the evaluation of the
i) Attractiveness of the Entrants (20%)
ii) Number of votes (30%)
iii) Attendance Of Your End Of Month Party (50%)
throughout the course of the competition would render the PSE with the highest score as the winner.
· You must be available to attend your End Of Month Party from 10pm-3am the month your picture is on
display in the Voting Gallery and the End of Month Parties if you make it into the Semi Finals or Finals
except where we have officially informed you by phone, email or otherwise that your attendance will not be needed.
· FAILURE to attend your End Of Month Party will result in AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.
Competition Entities will select at least one thousand (1,000) of the Entrants as the Preliminary Selected
Entrants('PSEs')
• PSEs will be contacted by mail / phone to inform them officially of their entry success.
• If you are shortlisted you would be notified by us at the appropriate time of your entry success.
• If shortlisted, you will also be given an id number which should be used by you and us for identification
and all correspondences.
• Each month a 100 PSEs pictures in no particular order shall be displayed in the voting section of the website for a period
of 28days allowing for members of RBC and your friends and family to visit the site and vote for you..
• The first set of 100 pictures shall be uploaded to the site for voting for the first time 7 days before the start of the new
month and consequently all other uploads shall follow this pattern except for the semi final and final stages.
• At the end of every voting month, 20 PSEs with the highest votes in the voting gallery will automatically qualify for the semi finals and another 10 PSEs picked by us that did not make the initial top 20 shall be informed of their progress to the next level at the appropriate time as deemed by the competition entities.
• After your first month of voting is over you shall be sent a link to upload no longer than a 3min video of yourself . This footage shall be used in the voting section and anywhere on the site as deemed appropriate by the competition entities
if you make it to the Semi Final or/and Final .
• Do note that after the initial picture uploads to the voting Gallery pictures shall automatically start to arrange themselves starting with the girl with the CURRENT HIGHEST number of VOTES.
The Rules that apply to the Video for submission
• The aim of the video is to sell yourself to the voters giving them reason to vote for you.
• The video should not be longer than 3mins.
• The video should only contain material like your Nickname, where you are from, what you do for fun, likes and dislikes,
anything interesting you want to share with your voting fans which could be funny or humorous etc which would make
members or voters viewing your profile to vote for you .
• The video should not show any nudity like Nipples or Genitals and should not contain explicit language.
Semi Finals
• The semi finals would see 2 voting periods of 14days each and a 100 semi finalists in each voting period .
• Semi finalists pictures would be on display for a maximum of 14 days. During this period members of Rbc and your friends
and family can visit the site to vote for you.
• The PSEs with the highest votes would then be informed of their progress to the next level which is the Finals at the
appropriate time as deemed by the competition entities.
The FINALS
• A 100 PSEs shall make it to the finals
• Voting on the site shall be for a maximum of 3weeks by members and friends and family.
• All PSEs that make it to the finals shall be required to bring an extra outfit to a specified style to the Crowning Party.
• Only the 25 PSEs with the highest votes from the finals round of voting shall be informed at the appropriate time during
the Finals crowning party that they made it to the last 25 finalists and should proceed to engagae in a change of clothes in
in a secluded area.
• PSEs shall then be called on to the stage in no particular order for our Judges to make the final call and announce who
is OFFICIALLY Miss RBC 2009 .
7. What Happens if I Win the Competition?
The Winner takes
a) The cash price £10,000
b) Exclusive Gift packs from all our sponsors
c) Royalties paid to you on all mechandizing items sold with your name or picture attached to it.
d) Link to your website from the Rbc site for a year.
e) Exposure to magazines
f ) Exposure to and for top end Music videos
g) Exclusive invites to all our events
h) Free drinks and entry to all our events
i) A Stretched Hummer limousine to pick and drop you and 2 of your friends to and from our 2010 events.
j) Get sponsored to our exclusive events
2nd and 3rd Runner ups
£500 and £250 respectively,Special gift packs from all our sponsors and Sponsorship.
4th-10th finalist will also receive Gift packs subject to competition entities discretion.
8) What Promotional and Publicity Work Must I Do for RBC ?
• There are a number of things you must agree to do or not do, depending upon how far you get in the Competition. You
should read these obligations carefully and make sure you understand and are happy with them.
• If you get to the " Finals" you must not allow your picture, name, voice, image or likeness to appear in any other media
outlets or products (print, TV, radio, web, mobile) apart from our branded outlets/products for the duration of the final.
• This restriction will continue for the "Top 10" until 3weeks after announcing the winner on the 31st October 2009 and in
the case of the "Winner", until three months after being crowned the winner .
• If you reach the "Top 10" you also agree for a minimum of 3weeks, " Top 3" a minimum of 6weeks and "Winner" a
minimum of 12weeks to the following (at no cost to us except that we will pay you reasonable expenses which we have
approved in advance in writing); make yourself available to be filmed and included if we decide to shoot any RBC
television programmes, RBC radio feature, RBC Website Video or DVD feature/promotion;
• make yourself available for photo shoots to promote any possible RBC television programme, RBC radio feature, website or
DVD feature/promotion;
• attend promotional events for any RBC television programme, RBC radio feature, website or DVD feature/promotion;
• be available for other RBC photo-shoots and promotional activity relating to the Competition;
• do other photo-shoots for RBC or for other publications requested by us not related to the Competition. (We will pay you a
flat fee of £100 per day plus reasonable expenses for each of these further photo-shoots.
However we do not have to pay you a further fee if we allow publications other than our own to use photos of you that we
have taken); in each case at such location(s) and time(s) that we may ask.
8.1) For the first three months after the winner of the Competition has officially been announced, the winner must note
that our bookings must take precedence over other agencies or competitor bookings.
8.2) Once the Competition has finished, if you were successful in reaching the "Top 10", you will be presented with
a portfolio. This portfolio will consist of copies from your RBC "Top 10" photoshoot and any other
shoots done with the consent of RBC. You may visually present this portfolio to third parties, but RBC will
own the copyright in any and all photos included within this portfolio, you will not be allowed to use them in
any other way without the prior written consent of RBC.
8.3) You agree that if you win the Competition you will at no cost to us (but we will pay your reasonable expenses
approved by us in advance in writing):
• participate in an additional Miss RBC winner's photo shoot.
• in addition to this further photo-shoot you may be required do other photo-shoots for RBC or the sponsors . We will pay
you a flat fee of £100 per day plus reasonable expenses for each of these further photo-shoots. However we do not have to
pay you a further fee if we allow publications other than our own to use photos of you that we have taken;
• participate in such winner's promotional activities that we may ask of you for use across all RBC properties (print, web,
radio, mobile, TV) for which you will also be paid £100 per day plus reasonable expenses; in each case at such
location(s) and time(s) that we may ask.
9. Legal Matters
Please read this section - it contains important rules about ownership of your photographs and your other
rights.
9.1) You agree that we can use any photographs, film and video footage and voice recordings that you send us
(including as part of your entry package) or that we may make/take of you without restriction throughout
the world. We may use these photographs
in our own media products (such as www.richboysclub.co.uk) and in other media products not owned or run by
Rbc. You waive all "moral rights" in the work you do for us and give us all the consents that we need to
exploit these items without limitation so far as possible in perpetuity.
9.3) We reserve the right to alter any aspect of the Competition and how it is run and managed. We reserve the
right to remove or disqualify any entrant at any stage if we think it necessary to protect the name, image or
reputation of RBC, the official sponsors or any of its products/brands. You agree to comply with the
reasonable requests that we may make in the running of the Competition.
9.4) You agree that to the extent allowed by law, neither RBC nor any of its group companies, agents, directors or
employees shall have any liability to you for any reason arising out of or connected in any way with
the Competition.
9.5) By entering this Competition you give us explicit consent to use your personal details that the law regards as
"sensitive" personal details (e.g. your name your marital status and your relationships) in the course of the
various activities referred to in these Ts & Cs, and for purposes related to them.
